Set on a rare double lot in Brentwood Park, this Tuscan-inspired estate was designed as a timeless sanctuary for a young family, their daughters, and their Bernese Mountain Dogs. Everage Design collaborates closely with the clients, architect, and builder on every detail, including the grand entrance hall, where a stunning limestone floor with intricate marble mosaic insets - designed by Krista Everage and crafted in France and Florence - sets the tone for the home's refined elegance. Magnificent walnut doors and window frames, along with a variety of Tuscan-inspired ceilings - including a carved coffered library, vaulted and beamed living spaces, and a brick-clad kitchen ceiling - infuse the home with authenticity and Old World charm. A curated mix of modern artworks, antique treasures, and bespoke furnishings completes this richly layered residence, where Italian elegance meets contemporary family living.
