A.F. Leicht's hillside 1920's masterpiece, thoughtfully restored and reimagined for a vibrant young family. Rich hues, amber lighting, and bespoke Everage Design Workshop furnishings create a warm, expressive interior, while lyrical Murano glass fixtures add a touch of mid-century allure. Original 1920s details shine alongside glowing stone, natural brass, and modern luxuries - including a luminous blue agate bar and a hidden speakeasy. Outdoors, a gourmet kitchen, fireplace lounge, and pool terrace blend seamlessly with the historic hillside setting, celebrating timeless romance with contemporary elegance.

Step into the romantic spirit of this enchanting 1920s A.F. Leicht masterpiece, where Everage Design thoughtfully restored and enhanced many of the home's original details-from period lighting to historically inspired paint tones. The former service kitchen was reimagined as a chef's dream, complete with a butler's pantry, natural stone surfaces, solid brass fittings, and top-tier appliances. Bathrooms were upgraded with intricate mosaic tilework and luxurious brass fixtures. A curvaceous blue agate bar was custom-designed to anchor the circular space at the base of the grand staircase-serving as a jewel-box amenity that gracefully connects the wine cellar, family room, billiards room, a hidden speakeasy, and the outdoor entertaining terraces. The original ironwork of the dramatic four-story spiral staircase was thoughtfully extended to meet modern safety standards. Throughout, bespoke furnishings by Everage Design Workshop-ranging from custom upholstery and cabinetry to mirrors, tables, and a one-of-a-kind brass DJ station-infuse the home with elegance and originality. Hand-selected vintage Murano lighting and brass lanterns from Italy and Morocco celebrate the home's eclectic, exotic inspiration.
