Everage Design collaborated with the new stewards of this majestic 1920s A.F. Leicht estate to create luxurious, modern amenities that harmonize with the home's original rustic hillside charm. A gourmet chef's kitchen—complete with a deluxe pizza oven and top-tier appliances-was thoughtfully integrated using relaxed, natural materials. Nearby, a fireplace lounge, elegant dining area, and curated poolside furnishings invite effortless family living and refined entertaining.
