This grand 1920s Art Deco-Mediterranean estate was meticulously restored, expanded, and furnished to honor its rich heritage while embracing modern refinement. From re-casting the intricate facade and crafting a period-correct terracotta floor to reviving exquisite stained glass, frescoes, and Art Deco light fixtures, every detail was thoughtfully reimagined. Tripling the square footage, the home now boasts a gourmet kitchen, a sophisticated library, a spa, a home theater, and more - each space enriched with carefully curated antiques and artwork sourced from Europe. The result is an exquisite harmony of old-world grandeur and contemporary luxury.
